BILLS SIGN K RAYNER TO 53-MAN ROSTER

NT Williams Placed on Injured Reserve

Orchard Park, NY – The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has signed K Dave Rayner to the 53-man roster. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Rayner has played in 52 career games since entering the NFL in 2005 as a sixth-round (202nd overall) draft choice of Indianapolis. The 6-2, 215-pound Michigan State product has connected on 55-of-75 field goal tries along with 64-of-65 extra point attempts for 229 points while adding 18 touchbacks on 239 kickoffs. Rayner spent time on the rosters of Green Bay (2006), Kansas City (2007), San Diego (2007), Cincinnati (2008), Detroit (2010) and Oakland (2011). He will wear No. 3.

Buffalo placed NT Kyle Williams on Injured Reserve.

The team also announced that they have Waived T Ed Wang from Injured Reserve. Wang was placed on Injured Reserve on September 4th.
