FAQs

Q: HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Only Buffalo Bills season ticket holders, Toronto Argonauts season ticket holders, and randomly selected www.billsintoronto.com registrants (these registrants will be notified by e-mail) have the opportunity to purchase tickets. Logistically, this is an efficient method to ensure a fair distribution of tickets for a popular event, and was recently used at the NFL International game in London, England. Standard Tickets will range from $55 to $295*.

Q: I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT I CAN PURCHASE TICKETS, WHAT TICKETS DO I HAVE ACCESS TO?
Individuals will have the option of purchasing three game (2008 preseason game, 2008 and 2009 regular season games) and eight game (2008-2012) ticket packages. Tickets available to selected registrants in the first block of tickets will range in price from $55 to $295*, inclusive of all taxes and ticket service charges. All registrants offered the chance to purchase will also have the option of purchasing VIP/Premium Packages that include hospitality.

Q: WHY ARE PREMIUM SEATS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE?
A: The composition of the Premium/VIP packages are still being finalized. These packages will be available via dedicated sales agents. The process for purchasing these packages will be clearly explained to the randomly selected registrants given the opportunity to purchase. Click here to view VIP Premium Packages.

Q: WHAT IS THE COST OF THE PREMIUM / VIP PACKAGES?
A: The Premium / VIP packages will include hospitality and other amenities that go above and beyond the price of the seat. Click here to view VIP Premium Packages.

Q: HOW MANY TICKETS ARE BEING OFFERED IN THE RANDOM DRAW? HOW MANY TICKETS AT WHAT PRICE POINTS?
A: Up to 30,000 tickets will be sold in blocks. Logistically, this is an efficient method to ensure a fair distribution of tickets and was recently used at the NFL International game in London, England. Non-VIP Tickets will range from $55 to $295 dollars.

Q: ARE REGULAR SEASON GAMES THE SAME PRICE AS PRE-SEASON?
A: Yes, as per NFL rules.

Q: IF I BUY THE EIGHT GAME PACKAGE, CAN THEY BE TURNED BACK IN DOWN THE ROAD IF I CAN'T ATTEND ONE OF THE GAMES OR IF MY SITUATION CHANGES?
A: We will be working with Ticketmaster to create a ticket exchange area on their website where game tickets can be efficiently exchanged.

Q: WHAT ABOUT INTEREST PAID ON MY MONEY?
A: Fans who purchase the entire 8-game package up front will receive reduced pricing on the cost of the tickets. No interest will be paid on either three-game or eight-game packages.

Q: WHEN WILL SINGLE GAME TICKETS GO ON SALE?
A: There are no plans to sell single tickets at this time (other than a limited quantity of allocated tickets returned to us by the NFL closer to game day).

Q: WHERE DO WE GO TO FIND PRICING?
A: www.billsintoronto.com and ticketmaster.ca will have full details on ticket pricing.

Q: DO YOU KNOW OUR OPPONENTS FOR ANY OF THE 2009-2012 GAMES?
A: No. The NFL determines the schedule and typically releases it each year in April.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT ROGERS CENTRE?
A: Tickets will not be on sale at Rogers Centre.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS USING CASH?
A: No. Valid credit cards are the only method of purchasing tickets.

Q: WHY ARE YOU SELLING ONLY MULTI-YEAR PACKAGES?
A: We believe this is the most efficient way to sell game tickets. While the games are spread over five years, they still amount to the equivalent of a full home season of football. With a three game package, fans are getting two regular-season games and one pre-season game.

Q: IF I PURCHASE A THREE GAME PACKAGE, WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT PURCHASING THE FINAL FIVE GAMES OF THE SERIES?
A: Three game package ticket purchasers will be notified about the final five games of the series, however; seat pricing and location will not be guaranteed.

Q: ARE MY SAME SEATS GUARANTEED FOR ME IF I RENEW IN TWO YEARS?
A: Seat prices and locations will not be guaranteed.

Q: IF I PURCHASE THE THREE GAME PACKAGE, WILL PRICES REMAIN THE SAME FOR THE FINAL FIVE GAMES OF THE SERIES?
A: Prices and seat locations are only guaranteed with the purchase of 8-Game packages

Q: WHY ARE YOU DOING IT THIS WAY?
A: We feel this is the most efficient way to sell game tickets.

Q: IF FANS WANT TO GUARANTEE THEIR SEAT LOCATION AND PRICING, THEY SHOULD CONSIDER PURCHASING THE EIGHT GAME PACKAGE. WHY CAN'T FANS PURCHASE SEATS FOR THIS YEAR ONLY?
A: We have to balance a number of factors in staging these games. A package of two regular season games and one pre-season or an eight game series package is a fair choice for football fans.

Q: HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE PRIORITY DRAW?
A: : Priority Draw tickets will be sold in blocks, with the number of tickets available in each block depending on the remaining level of inventory.

Q: WILL IT COST EXTRA TO GO TO TAILGATE PARTIES?
A: We are planning to make the Bills In Toronto Series a fun, exciting and memorable experience for Bills and NFL football fans in Toronto. We will soon be announcing all of the details on complementary entertainment events and experiences.

Q: WHEN WILL THE GAMES BE AND WHO WILL THE BILLS PLAY?
A: Here's what we know there will be 8 games over 5 years. Only the dates and opponents for the 2008 season have been announced: The Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, August 14, 2008, and the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, December 7, 2008. Stay tuned and sign up for more news on dates and opponents. As a member of the site, you will get breaking news as it is announced!

Q: WILL THERE BE OTHER EVENTS SURROUNDING THE GAMES?
A: We are actively working on ancillary events around the games. It is our commitment to make this an event of which Toronto will be proud.

Q: WHAT IS THE CAPACITY AT ROGERS CENTRE FOR THESE GAMES?
A: Approximately 54,000.
