New Logo Unveiled for Bills Toronto Series


Logo Patch will be on Bills uniforms for all Rogers Centre games

ORCHARD PARK, NY - The Buffalo Bills and Rogers Centre formally unveiled the Bills Toronto Series logo today. The new mark features artistic elements of Rogers Centre, CN Tower and the Bills signature mark, the charging buffalo.

The Bills Toronto Series logo will be featured on patches adorned on the Buffalo Bills home uniform for all eight games played at Rogers Centre as part of the series over the next five years.

"The new logo was designed to reflect both the excitement and historic nature of the eight-game series," said Russ Brandon, chief operating officer for the Buffalo Bills.

"This logo is a symbol of our partnership with the Buffalo Bills, and signifies how proud we are to welcome the Bills to Toronto," said Phil Lind, Vice Chair, Rogers Communications. "These games are important for the City of Toronto, and we’ll be putting our best foot forward."

The Bills Toronto Series will begin Thursday, August 14 when the Bills host the Pittsburgh Steelers at Rogers Centre. Sunday, December 7, 2008 will certainly be the first milestone in the series when the City of Toronto becomes the first Canadian city and only the third non-US city to host a NFL regular season game. The Bills will take on AFC East rival, Miami Dolphins in a Sunday afternoon contest.

The Bills Toronto Series logo was created in cooperation with the NFL, Buffalo Bills, Rogers Centre and CN Tower Corporation.
